Answer telephones; takes and delivers messages Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to company, fax numbers, company website and other related information Greets and directs visitors to the company; manages reception area to maintain a professional image Receive, sort and forward incoming mail Serve as point person for organizing all large mailings Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings Type correspondence and reports; edit and update various spreadsheets Maintain confidential records and files Perform other related duties as required Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Associates Degree preferred.
Training/
Experience:
Previous Experience is highly desired.

Multi-tasking Flexibility Customer Service Time Management Organization Attention to Detail Professionalism Quality Focus Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Publisher.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
